Our Amazing Team Will Jones

Will has worked in the events Industry for over ten years, and holds a BA in Sound Engineering from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) as well being a Cisco Certified engineer.

His career in the industry began touring the world as a sound engineer where he found the worlds of IT and audio were becoming ever more intertwined and the need for reliable communications and IT support on site were growing exponentially.

Before joining Pylon One Will worked as a freelance network engineer, and later with Max WiFi. Will has operated worldwide to help large public venues such as stadiums, arenas and conference centres with delivering the best Wi-Fi experience for their visitors.

Today his main focus is on RF engineering and specialising in high-density Wi-Fi network design and implementation.

Recently he has been responsible for delivering some of the largest events around the world for clients such as South by Southwest, The RSNA, Google, SWIFT and The GSMA. Will is highly regarded by his peers and is seen as a leading authority in the industry
